In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), we publish this transparency report detailing our content moderation activities. This report covers the policies, tools, and processes The Transfer Portal uses to maintain a safe and trustworthy platform for all users.
The Transfer Portal employs a multi-layered approach to content moderation combining automated AI systems with human review. Our goal is to ensure that all content on the platform — including profile photos, bios, and messages — meets our Community Guidelines and Profile Guidelines.
This report covers the period from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
Note: The Transfer Portal launched during this reporting period. Statistics below will be updated at the conclusion of the reporting period.
The following table summarises the user reports received during the reporting period, broken down by category.

When content or behaviour is found to violate our guidelines, we take proportionate enforcement action. The table below details actions taken during the reporting period.

Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal. We review all appeals and aim to resolve them promptly.

|---|---|
| Total appeals received | [Data pending first reporting period] |
| Appeals upheld (original decision stands) | [Data pending first reporting period] |
| Appeals overturned (action reversed) | [Data pending first reporting period] |
We prioritise reports based on severity. Our target response times are as follows:
| Priority Level | Target Response Time |
|---|---|
| High priority (illegal content, imminent safety threats) | < 4 hours |
| Standard (guideline violations, general reports) | < 24 hours |
Actual average response times will be published at the end of the reporting period.
The Transfer Portal uses the following automated tools to assist with content moderation:
Automated systems are designed to flag content for human review rather than take final enforcement action independently. All permanent enforcement decisions (suspensions and bans) are made by human moderators.
Under DSA Articles 9 and 10, we report on orders received from judicial or administrative authorities of EU Member States.
| Order Type | Count |
|---|---|
| Orders to act against illegal content (Art. 9) | [Data pending first reporting period] |
| Orders to provide information (Art. 10) | [Data pending first reporting period] |
We comply with all valid orders from competent authorities and report back on actions taken within the timeframes specified by law.
As required by DSA Article 24(2), we publish the average number of monthly active users in the European Union, calculated as a six-month average.
| Period | Average Monthly Active Users (EU) |
|---|---|
| H1 2026 (Jan–Jun) | [Will be published after period ends] |
This figure is updated every six months, as required by the DSA.
