How to Delete Your Data

Delete from the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account and data is directly from The Transfer Portal app:

  1. 1.Open The Transfer Portal app and go to your Profile tab
  2. 2.Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right
  3. 3.Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. 4.Type DELETE to confirm and tap the delete button

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Request Deletion via Web Form

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion online, use the form below. We'll process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

Email Us Directly

You can also email us at privacy@thetransferportalapp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your registered email address.

Request Account Deletion

Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll process your deletion request and send a confirmation to that email.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and photos
  • Match and chat history
  • Readiness journey data
  • Subscription and payment records
  • All other personal data

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data from our systems:

  • Your profile information
  • All uploaded photos
  • Profile prompts and bio
  • Emotional readiness data
  • Discovery preferences
  • Matches and conversations
  • Verification photos and ID
  • Likes and swipe history
  • Subscription records

Data Retention Notice

For legal compliance and safety purposes, we may retain certain limited data (such as your email address and account creation date) for up to 90 days after deletion. This helps us prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

Important Notes

  • This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
  • Cancel subscriptions separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Please cancel through your device settings first.
  • Messages with matches are also deleted. Your conversations will no longer be visible to your matches.
  • You can create a new account later. After deletion, you may sign up again with the same email, but your previous data will not be restored.
